Health check, then list inboxes and read mail with curl.

1. Health

No key required.

2. List inboxes this key can see

Responses use { success, message, data, error }. data.mailboxes is the array of inbox summaries. Use an id from that list on every mail request.

Pass timestamp from the list item as a query parameter when you have it. Markdown is generated on demand.

The same flow in the SDKs: list inboxes, then pass that id on every mail call.

Agents can do this over MCP instead — Claude Code and Cursor setup.
